How long does it take to process my order?
Orders generally take 5-10 business days to be personalized and shipped. Once your full order is complete, you will receive a shipping notification email. Click here to read the full processing, shipping, and return policy.
Will I receive my order before Christmas?
Due to an increased fulfillment requirements during the month of December, we can only Guarantee delivery by December 23rd on orders placed by 11:59pm on December 8th. If you require a rush on your order you are welcome to contact us at 314-494-2278 and we will do our best to accomodate. Rush orders are subject to a "Rush Order Fee" of $10-50 depending on the size of the order.
What if I need my order by a certain date?
If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please contact us at 314-494-2278 prior to ordering to be sure the accommodation can be made. However, there may be a "Rush Order Fee" that will apply of $10-50 depending on the size of the order.
What is your Shipping Policy?

What is H. Behrmann Designs' Return Policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not allow returns. All Sales are Final. Click here to read the full processing, shipping, and return policy.
What if I made a mistake in spelling when placing my order?
Please contact us immediately when you notice that an error has been made in the information you have provided for your personalization at 314-494-2278. If you receive your order and it is not as ordered, please contact us upon receipt and we will work with you to make it right.
What if I my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days after the delivery of your order to report any damage incurred during shipping by emailing email@example.com. If you please provide photo proof of damage within that 3 day window, a replacement will be issued at no additional fee. H. Behrmann Designs is not responsible for replacing items reported as damaged past 3 days after the date of delivery.
Will I be charged extra for personalization?
NO! Optional Personalization is ALWAYS FREE! (please note: some items may not have the ability to be personalized due to size or material restrictions)
What Name Font choices do I have?
Not all fonts are available for every item do to item size limitations and requirements. However, you can see an example of the all the different font options here.
What are the Monogram Font choices do I have?
You can see all of the available monogram font options here.
What size will my Name or Monogram be?
Size of monograms and names vary due to the number of letters used, the font selection, and the product selected.
What Credit Cards does H. Behrmann Designs accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Where does H. Behrmann Designs Ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. If you have trouble placing an order with your shipping address please contact us at 314-494-2278 for assistance in resolving the issue.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We are required to charge Missouri sales tax on all orders that are shipped to an address in the State of Missouri. H. Behrmann Designs does not charge sales tax on orders outside of the state of Missouri, however, the recipient is responsible for reporting any potential use tax within their state as required by law.
What if you do not have the number of items I would like in stock?
If you are having trouble adding a specific number of an item to your cart, it may be due to low inventory. Feel free to contact us at 314-494-2278 and we can check when the item may be back in stock.
